In this feature overview video series, we highlight new capabilities included in the latest update to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This video covers how to define lot sizes in various stages of production which is just one of the highlights that are available in this version.  It’s important for manufacturers to align lot sizes on routing lines with the capacity of the machines that produce the items. We’ve made it easier to specify lot sizes, and to make ad hoc adjustments if circumstances change. To keep things running smoothly, the duration on the routing lines is adjusted according to the size of the lot. Also, in addition to routing lines, you can specify lot sizes on more pages in manufacturing processes, such as the routing version, planning worksheet, and production orders.
