In this feature overview video series, we highlight new capabilities included in the latest update to Dynamics 365 Marketing. Event-based customer journeys enable you to react to customers’ actions in real time. Journeys can be triggered based on real-world interactions like walking into a store and connecting to Wi-Fi. Journeys can also be triggered by virtual interactions such as visiting a shopping site. The real-time nature of the journey ensures that you can respond to customers immediately and convert their expression of interest into a sale. Feature details:
– Intuitive customer journey designer optimized for event-based journeys.
– Journeys are triggered in real time so you can respond to customers immediately.
– Automatically add or remove customers from a journey based on their actions.
– Personalize the experience for every customer based on their actions during the journey.
– Create dynamic schedules for sending messages based on type of customer actions.
– Create journey branches that remind customers to perform an action and merge back to the main journey once the customer performs the action.

In this feature overview video series, we highlight new capabilities included in the latest update to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Our automation solution template for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management showcases how Power Automate can be used to automate business process in the example of Quality orders.
The Power Automate solution template includes a cloud automation flow and a desktop automation flow that automated the creation of quality orders in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The automation can be started from many events and signals like user input or machine signals (e.g. IoT signals).
As one example the QOrder Power Application is included in the solution template that supports user by scanning item QR code, entering quantity and attaching camera pictures.
Solution parameters are included to configure the automation for a specific use case in a production facility. Please note: This is the first preview version of the solution template, and some functionality is limited. We will add more capabilities in iterative enhancement updates.
