In this feature overview video series, we highlight new capabilities included in the latest update to Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. When you create a survey, you also configure metrics to be able to track key performance indicators. Sometimes these metrics are not based on a single survey question like NPS, but rather a bunch of different related survey questions.
