Utilize RPA to create quality orders in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
In this feature overview video series, we highlight new capabilities included in the latest update to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Our automation solution template for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management showcases how Power Automate can be used to automate business process in the example of Quality orders.
The Power Automate solution template includes a cloud automation flow and a desktop automation flow that automated the creation of quality orders in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The automation can be started from many events and signals like user input or machine signals (e.g. IoT signals).
As one example the QOrder Power Application is included in the solution template that supports user by scanning item QR code, entering quantity and attaching camera pictures.
Solution parameters are included to configure the automation for a specific use case in a production facility. Please note: This is the first preview version of the solution template, and some functionality is limited. We will add more capabilities in iterative enhancement updates.
