Make calls directly with Dynamics 365 Guides

In this feature overview video series, we highlight new capabilities included in the latest update to Dynamics 365 Guides. The ability to make calls and collaborate with a remote expert while using a guide opens up new scenarios and possibilities. For example, first-line workers can call an expert if something goes wrong and get advice on how to keep moving forward in a timely manner, instead of waiting for support. Or customers can ask first-line workers to call a remote expert at specific steps of their guides, or to perform remote inspections as the product is being built, saving time while ensuring high quality. When opening Dynamics 365 Guides, users will be able to access a new **Call** tab, and then select a contact from the tab to start a call. If a contact isn't available, they can select **Search** to enter a name or email address in the holographic keyboard. Get the most out of Dynamics 365 Release plan
