Case Study: EPM Cloud Integration at CareFirst

This case study showcases CareFirst's transition from an on-premise custom Essbase application to a costing solution using Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS). CareFirst is one of the first Blue Cross Blue Shield plans to fully implement in the Cloud. Through a live demo, insight is provided into the movement of metadata and data during a monthly close cycle using EDMCS, data management integration with on-premise data sources, PCMCS Cloud to Cloud integration, and EPM Cloud automation using a Linux automation hub.
